Florida Fugitive Arrested in Vicksburg by Warren County Sheriff’s Office

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Investigators with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by Florida authorities about a wanted fugitive believed to have relocated to Vicksburg.

Diongella Marqwice Hall, 36, was arrested on South Frontage Road where she was working at a motel. Hall faces charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering and unlawful use of a two-way device to commit a felony. She is being held without bond in the Warren County Jail.

In other cases, 64-year-old Rita Dukes, who lists a Mendenhall address, was arrested by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren County District Attorney’s Office on Sept. 15 for embezzlement and uttering a forgery.

On Sept. 17, James David Whatley, of Natchez, was arrested by Thomas McBride, Donnie Heggins and Jeff Merrit at a casino. Whatley was wanted out of Madison County for wire fraud and was turned over to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
