Jefferson County came away with a 75-71 win over Port Gibson

The Jefferson County High School boys’ basketball team emerged victorious with a 75-71 win against Port Gibson on Tuesday.

Javian Nichols showcased his skills, leading the
Tigers with an impressive performance
of 26 points, five rebounds, and three
assists. Royale Shelvy also made significant contributions with 19 points and six rebounds. Ke’Davian Catchings demonstrated his prowess with 13 points and an impressive 12 rebounds.
Stanley Starks also earned a double-double, contributing 12 points and 10 assists. Luke Bolden ended the game with four points and
four rebounds.

JCHS will be hitting the road to face South Pike on Friday.
