Lady Flashes Junior High basketball team recently picked up two wins

St. Aloysius Junior High School girl’s basketball team recently picked up two wins.

On Tuesday, the Lady Flashes pulled off a 24-12 win over Providence Classical.

Megan Theriot led the way with nine points while Anslee Averett finished with seven. Kennadi Blassingame added six points in the win and Elle Larson scored two.

Last week St. Al came away with a 15-6 win over Indianola Academy where Blassingame led with seven points. Theriot scored five points while Averett put up three and Marley Gibellino added two.

The varsity team took a 37-19 loss to PC on Tuesday. Theriot scored 10 points and Taryn Lusby added seven.

The Lady Flashes will host Cathedral on Friday.
