A teacher in Greenwood, Mississippi was shot and killed on Monday night.

28-year-old Casey Larry has been identified as the deceased by LeFlore County Coroner Debra Sanders. His body was discovered on Quail Trail where he suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.

According to his LinkedIn, Larry worked as an eighth-grade teacher and is a graduate of Alcorn University.

This case is still under investigation by the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office.
