He is preceded by his parents, John Cecil Carlisle and Mattie Mae Johnson Carlisle and his sister Alice Cecile Carlisle Jordan.
He is survived by his brothers, John Carlisle (Pat) and Steven Carlisle (Patricia).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Redbone Cemetery.
