Vicksburg Intermediate’s Khalil Jenkins is having a good year

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg Intermediate student Khalil Jenkins is having a good year scholastically.

Khalil Jenkins, a 4th grader at Vicksburg Intermediate, has excelled scholastically this year. In a post on social media from him mom, Taylor Jenkins, Khalil is shown with his awards for this school year.

Jenkins has excelled in math and reading, making the honor roll repeatedly. Included is a certificate for having the highest math average. Others note him making all “A’s” and for being on Honor Roll throughout the school year. Jenkins has also been recognized with the Principal’s Award and for having the highest social studies average.

He is the son of Taylor and Karlton Jenkins. He attends Vicksburg Intermediate School located on Dana Road where his homeroom teachers are Dr. Carrie Chadic and Ms. Nash.
