Vicksburg Main Street Program Receives Special Grant To Help With City Growth
Vicksburg Main Street Program announced that they were selected as one of 18 communities to receive a USDA RCDI grant.
This grant enables the program to engage an expert in downtown development, who will assist us in evaluating our local real estate market and envisioning new opportunities for growth and an enhanced quality of life for both residents and visitors.
Vicksburg Main Street is inviting the public to come out on Monday, April 15th for a walking tour of underutilized downtown properties with real estate consultant Joe Borgstrom with Place + Main Advisors.
His expertise is in retail market analysis, real estate development, business recruitment, incentives, and economic development strategies.
