Vicksburg students join Phi Theta Kappa at Hinds Community College

The Gamma Lambda Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Hinds Community College’s Raymond Campus hosted an induction ceremony on Oct. 20 to welcome new members for the fall 2023 semester.

Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for community and junior college students. To be eligible for membership, students must achieve a 3.5 cumulative grade point average or higher across 12 or more transferable credit hours. With chapters spread across the United States and other parts of the world, the organization recognizes academic excellence among two-year college students.

The recent inductees, all from Vicksburg, include:
