Vicksburg native Laurence Sullivan Jr. is now playing football at Nicholls State University. He entered the transfer portal back in December after spending one season at Coastal Carolina.

Sullivan played high school football at Vicksburg High under former Head Coaches Tim Hughes and Todd McDaniel. The defensive back went on to play at East Mississippi Community College where he led the Lions to an 8-3 season after racking up 55 tackles and four interceptions. He was also named to the 2022 All-MACCC North Division second team and the JCGridiron CB Watch List.

Now that Sullivan has found a home with the Colonels, he can now compete for a starting position.
