Family Members Arrested for Drugs and Possession of Burglary Tools

On Thursday, July 11, 2024, three people were taken into custody after officers were dispatched to the area of the Clay Street and Mission 66 intersection for suspicious activity. All three appeared before Judge Angela Carpenter in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Monday, July 15, 2024.

Christopher Acuff, 43, of Vicksburg was charged with Possession of Burglary Tools and was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury on a $2,500 bond.

Joseph Acuff, 45, of Vicksburg was charged with Possession of Burglary Tools and Possession of Methamphetamine. His bond was set at $27,500 and he was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.

Mindy Acuff, 40, of Vicksburg was charged with Possession of Burglary Tools and was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury on a $2,500 bond.
