A little after 3 p.m., Madison Parish Sheriff Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle that was traveling over 100 miles per hour. The driver made his way into Mississippi where the Vicksburg Police Department joined the pursuit.

As the suspect made his way onto the Halls Ferry ramp, he was met by Warren County County Sheriff Deputies. The chase ended when suspect was taken into custody and identified as 18-year-old Jason Anderson Jr., who listed a Vicksburg address. He now remains in the Warren County Jail where he is charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Flight, and a host of misdemeanors.
