Alcon State University has officially appointed Jermaine Gales as their new offensive coordinator. Gales, formerly the Head Coach at Lincoln College for two seasons, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

placing them third overall in the Southwestern Athletic Conference and 17th in NCAA Division I FCS rankings. In his first year as offensive
coordinator in 2018, Gales successfully improved the team’s offensive performance by more than 100 yards per game, resulting in a
commendable third-place ranking in the SWAC with 423.5 yards per game.Gales’ coaching journey includes stints at notable institutions such as St. Augustine, Southern Arkansas,
Mars Hill, North Carolina Central, and Bluefield State. With over two decades of coaching under his belt, Gales is well-prepared to contribute his expertise to Alcon State University.
