Alderman Mayfield to host listening sessions in the community

Ward 1 Alderman TJ Mayfield announced that he will be hosting listening sessions, beginning on July 10. The first meeting will be for ages 18-25 at the Youth Development Center.

Each week in July there will be a listening session and one in August. The 13-17-year-olds will have listening sessions beginning on July 29.

“I want to hear from you,” Mayfield said. “I want to hear what you think will make the city of Vicksburg a better place moving forward.”

All meetings will go from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at various locations.
