VICKSBURG, Miss. – As part of Ward 1 Alderman TJ Mayfield’s DREAM (Development and Rehabilitation through Education and Mentorship) initiative, a virtual open house will be held Monday, Dec. 30, at 11 a.m. to showcase free and low-cost vocational and technical training programs available to Vicksburg residents ages 18 to 25.
