Firearms, Cash and Drugs Seized in Yazoo City

Yazoo City, Miss.-An argument between a male and female led to two arrests and drugs and cash being seized in Yazoo City. The Yazoo PD announced the details and arrest on Monday.

Yesterday at approximately 3:15 pm, Officers responded to a disturbance between a male and female in the area of 215 Magnolia. It was reported that a weapon had been pointed at the female during the altercation. Once on scene, Officers were advised that the male suspect had entered the house. The Complainant provided a description of the firearm and allowed them to enter her home. During the course of the search the Officers located seven firearms, a large quantity of narcotics, and $32,900 cash that was separated into multiple baggies. Suspects Tony Brown and Maurice Daily were arrested and charged.
