Flashes shutout Delta Streets on senior night

The St. Aloysius boys’ soccer team marked senior night with a resounding 4-0 victory over Delta Streets.

“We’ve changing the lineup all year but we’re finally getting something that looks like a team effort and this game was a pleasure for our seniors,” Head Coach Jay Madison said.

The first goal of the night was scored by Jack Dickerson, assisted by John Ellis Montgomery. Just before halftime, Sam Hall and Dalton Windham both found the back of the net, extending the lead to 3-0. Eli Shiers and Carter Smithhart provided the assists for those goals.

As the game drew to a close, Dickerson secured his second goal of the night, while goalkeeper Caleb Tucker made an impressive 10 saves to
preserve the shutout victory.
