Flashes took down Benton Academy 65-38

St. Aloysius boy’s basketball team crushed Benton Academy 65-38 on Thursday night.

Anthony McCloud and Korey Sims both dominated in the first half to help the Flashes go up 49-20 at halftime. Walker Lambiotte and Carter Henderson stepped up in the second half as St. Al continued to punish the Raiders.

McCloud led with 18 points while Henderson and Carson Gleese both put up 10 points. Lambiotte added nine points and Sims contributed eight while Carson Henderson and Sadler Lambiotte finished with four. Laken Bradley scored two points.

The Flashes will host Greenville Christian on Friday.

St. Al took a 54-19 loss as Taryn Lusby led with nine points and Maddy McSherry put up six.
