McSherry named St. Al’s volleyball MVP; volleyball awards announced

St. Aloysius senior Maddy McSherry received the Most Valuable Player Award for volleyball on Wednesday at the school’s Fall Athletic Banquet. She also won the Coaches Award and Most Effort Defender in soccer.

McSherry also took home the Coach Ro Award in softball after finishing her senior year with 16 hits, .356 batting average and 15 RBIs.
