Four Shot on Abraham; One Deceased

VICKSBURG, Miss. – UPDATE – 12:14 p.m. – Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey has officially released the name of the deceased in the shooting on Abraham Drive last night.

Dead is 18 year old Korey Sims, Jr of Vicksburg.

Original Story

Four people have been shot on Abraham Drive, there is at least one fatality.

Around 9:30 p.m. a shooting occurred at the end of Abraham Drive. According to neighbors, a group of young people were sitting on the back porch of a residence when a person walked up and started shooting. One person is deceased and three others were injured. There is no word on the condition of the three injured.

There is no information on the shooter at this time.

Three ambulances, Rescue, numerous Sheriff Deputies including Daniel Thomas along with Warren County fire fighters were seen at the shooting. Warren Counter coroner Doug Huskey arrived at the scene around 10:20 p.m.
