Porter’s Chapel Academy came back from a 5-0 deficit to pull off an 11-5 win over Wilkinson County Christian on Thursday.

It wasn’t until the fourth inning that the Lady Eagles got on the board after a hit from Kinsley Luke. Kendall Smith was hit by a pitch a short time later that put the score at 5-2.

Natalie Cantin hit an RBI in the fifth as PCA trailed 5-3.

Out of nowhere, the Lady Eagles pulled off an 8-run sixth inning as Mia Abdo, Audrey Carraway, Marley Bufkin, and Luke all hit singles while Coley Potter smashed a triple to pull off the win.

Sophie Master pitched all seven innings and struck out three batters. Luke went 2 for 4 with two RBIs while Carraway, Potter(2 RBIs), Cantin, Bufkin(2 RBIs), and Abdo(1 RBI) all had one hit.

The Lady Eagles are now on a three-game winning streak and they will host River Oaks on Monday.
