Porter’s Chapel Academy’s softball season is officially over after a pair of losses over the weekend. The Lady Eagles finished their season with a 6-17 record under interim Head Coach Billy White who stepped in just shortly before the first game.

PCA successfully pulled off wins over Hillcrest Academy, Clinton Christian, and Madison St. Joe. Among those graduating are seniors Sophie Masterson, Marley Bufkin, Natalie Cantin, and Kinsley Luke. Masterson and Luke both pitched throughout the year where they threw 50 and 29 strikeouts, respectively. Bufkin(28 hits) and Cantin(12 hits) both expressed their stardom at the plate as they each hit two home runs.

In Saturday’s final game against Newton Academy, Cantin hit a triple while Raedon Busby(2 RBIs) and Luke each had a hit.

PCA will now move into offseason training to prepare for the 2025 season.
