Second Annual Child Abuse Prevention Golf Tournament to be Held September 13

VICKSBURG, Miss. – The Exchange Club of Vicksburg’s Child and Parent Center will host it’s Second Annual Child Abuse Prevention Golf Tournament on September 13 at the Clear Creek Golf Course. The registration deadline is August 26.

“I am excited to announce our second annual golf tournament charity fund raiser for the benefit
of the Child and Parent Center in Vicksburg. New this year, golfers will have a chance to win a new automobile, in addition to other bonus prizes! I look forward to again seeing you at the tournament and let’s make it a positive experience for all who attend,” said Avis Marie Phillips, Executive Director of the Exchange Club of Vicksburg, CAP Center.

Schedule of Events

• Registration – 10:30 a.m.
• Unlimited Range Access – 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Lunch – 12 p.m.
• Tee Time – 12:30 p.m.

The event is offering several sponsorship options for interested parties:

• TOURNAMENT SPONSOR– $1000: 4-man Golf Team, 2 hole sponsor signs, sponsor sign at registration and lunch tent.
• LUNCH SPONSOR – $900: 4-man golf team, 2 hole sponsor signs, sponsor sign at lunch tent and at registration.
• BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR – $600: 4-man golf team, 2 hole sponsor signs, sponsor sign at registration and sign on beverage cart.
• 4 MAN TEAM SPONSOR – $400: 4-man golf team, 1 hole sponsor sign.
• HOLE SPONSOR – $100: 1 hole sign and lunch is provided

Mulligans are available in advance for $5 each, with a maximum of 2 per player. Mulligans can not be used on Holes 4, 2, 13, and 14.

Individual Prize(s): 2024 Chevy Trailblazer (Hole #4); bonus prizes awarded on #2, #13, #14.

Team Payouts:

• 1st place team $100 each
• 2nd place team $75 each
• 2 closest to pin $50 each
• 1 Longest drive $50
