St. Aloysius Junior High defeated River Oaks

Vicksburg, Miss.-St. Aloysius Junior High School girls’ basketball team defeated River Oaks 32-11 on Thursday.

River Oaks went up 7-0 in the first quarter but the Lady Flashes came back and led 12-7 by halftime after Elle Larson and Kelci Bingham knocked down some shots. Reese Lyons got on the board late in the game and Presley Carr hit two 3-pointers in the fourth quarter.

Larson led with 13 points and Bingham added nine points in the win. Carr put up six points while Addie G. Clay and Lyons both scored two points.
