Willie T. Adams, Co-Owner of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home, dies

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Willie T. Adams, co-owner of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home, has died, the funeral home announced Monday on Facebook.

“It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts we announce the following services for Mr. Willie T. Adams, Co-owner of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home, Inc.,” the post read. “The Lakeview family and affiliates request your sincerest prayers and condolences.”

Public viewings will be held Sunday, Aug. 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home, 2102 Clay St., Vicksburg, and Monday, Aug. 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Willis and Sons Funeral Home, 5235 Robinson Road, Jackson.

A family hour is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 18, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., followed by the Omega Memorial Service at 6 p.m., at the NHBC Family Life Center Gymnasium, 5202 Watkins Drive, Jackson.

The homegoing service will be Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 1555 Beasley Road, Jackson.
