Yazoo School Bus Driver Charged After Child Was Injured
A Yazoo City bus driver has been charged after a child was injured on Friday.
According to reports, Yazoo City Police Chief Terry Gann confirmed that the incident happened on Locust Street where a bus hit a car. Chief Gann mentioned that a girl came out of her house to get in a car which is when the bus hit the car, resulting in the child’s hand injury.
Cathy Donald has been identified as the driver of the bus who left the scene and was later located for a mandatory drug and alcohol test. She has now been charged with felony hit-and-run.
