VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

Vicksburg resident Landy Elqadi bagged a doe on the opening weekend of youth gun season.

Elqadi got the kill on Sunday in Sharkey County.

Landy is 12-years-old and she plays softball for the River City Rippers.
