Warren Central High School’s volleyball team put together a dominant performance on the road, defeating Canton High School twice with a pair of three-set sweeps.
The Lady Vikes opened the night with a 25-21, 25-7, 25-17 victory. Kennedy Smith led Warren Central with 13 points and one ace, while Lauren Stamps finished with 13 points and five aces.
Alice Luna added 17 points and two aces, while Audie Evans recorded 12 points and two aces. KeKe McKay finished with 10 points and one ace, and Evella Fairley contributed eight points and one ace.
Warren Central was even more dominant in the second match, surrendering just 14 total points in a 25-3, 25-4, 25-7 sweep.
Alice Luna led the Lady Vikes with 17 points and one ace in Game 2. Audie Evans recorded 16 points and five aces, while Kennedy Smith and KeKe McKay each finished with 15 points. McKay also served three aces, while Smith added one.
