STEM Outreach Program Back At ERDC
Representatives from the Directorate of Human Capital and the Coastal and Hydraulics Lab (CHL) recently attended the 2024 STEM Day at Madison Middle School, where they discussed CHL’s ship simulator for channel and vessel design.

In addition, members from ERDC’s Environmental Lab and CHL also attended the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science Science Makers Event.
Here, a demonstration on “Conservation and Sustainability of a River System” was produced by using the Science and Technology Outreach River Model for Engineering (STORME).
