Three individuals have been arrested in Warren County following a search warrant that led to the recovery of stolen property, firearms, drugs and fraud checks.

Kendrick Tenner, 27, Tatyana Collins, 29, and Billy Ray Burrell, 22, were arrested on charges involving stolen property, controlled substances and other alleged criminal activity.

The investigation began Saturday when the Vicksburg Police Department attempted to stop a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro inside the city limits for an improper tag. The driver fled from officers but was later identified as Tenner.

Lieutenant Stacey Rollison with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office obtained a search warrant for a residence located at 72 Lakeside Drive in Warren County. Vicksburg Police Department officers Donnie Heggins and Blake Scallions, along with Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies Dusty Keyes and Zack Primeaux, executed the search warrant and recovered the Camaro, which had been reported stolen out of Jackson.

Authorities said additional stolen property was recovered from the residence, including a 2023 Can-Am reported stolen out of Smith County, Texas, and a 2025 utility trailer reported stolen out of Jackson. Investigators determined the transactions involving the stolen property and fraud checks occurred through Facebook Marketplace.

A search of the residence also led to the seizure of six firearms, $2,500 in cash, ecstasy and fraud checks.

All three individuals were charged with three counts of possession of stolen property and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

On Thursday, Justice Court Judge Walter Armstrong set bail at $50,000 for Collins, $75,000 for Burrell and $80,000 for Tenner. A detainer has also been placed on Tenner for an alleged probation violation.
