Humid, warm weekend ahead with slight rain chances in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg will see mostly cloudy skies and warm, humid conditions through the weekend, with only slight chances for showers each day and highs climbing into the lower 90s, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers after midnight. Lows will be in the lower 70s, with southwest winds at 10 to 15 mph and gusts up to 25 mph. Rain chances stand at 20%.

Saturday will begin mostly cloudy, becoming mostly sunny and humid by the afternoon. Highs will reach around 90, with southwest winds at 5 to 10 mph and a 20% chance of showers.

Saturday night will be partly cloudy early, turning mostly cloudy with lows in the lower 70s and light south winds.

Sunday will be partly sunny in the morning and clear by afternoon, with highs in the lower 90s. Light south winds will persist into the night, which will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies and lows in the lower 70s.
