Man robbed at gunpoint while changing tire

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — A man was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night while changing a tire on Iowa Blvd.

At about 9:45 p.m. on Sunday night, March 23, police responded to the area of Iowa Blvd. near the I-20 bridge overpass for a report of a man robbed at gunpoint by an unidentified male in a black sedan. The man was on the side of the road changing a tire when the armed robbery took place.

Vicksburg Police Chief Penny Jones has told the Vicksburg Daily News that no arrests have been made at this time, but surveillance camera footage is being reviewed.
