Tadlock led Mississippi to a win over Alabama in the All-Star Game on Saturday

Coach Tony Tadlock led Mississippi to a thrilling 78-77 win over Alabama on Saturday in the annual Mississippi vs. Alabama All-Star Game on Saturday.

Tadlock, who recently helped Raymond High School to a State Championship, served as head coach in the game. Pascagoula’s Dorian McMillian was granted MVP honors after scoring 18 points while Terry’s Avery Thomas put up 14 points while also grabbing 10 rebounds. Mississippi State signee Eric Paymon Jr. scored 11 points and had nine rebounds with three blocks.

Saturday’s win was the first time since 2021 that Mississippi defeated Alabama.
