VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Two people have been arraigned in the shooting at Superior Crab Monday night.

Judge Angela Carpenter presided over the arraignment and set bail for two people arrested for the fight in the women’s restroom at Superior Crab that escalated into a shooting. Lekeisha Henderson and Tiaira Moore were each charged with Aggravated Assault, a felony, based upon evidence gathered from the fight and shooting. Judge Carpenter gave each of them a $100,000 bond in the incident. Additionally, each will face additional misdemeanor charges for disturbance of the business and disorderly conduct by fight.

The as-yet-unnamed gunshot victim will also face similar misdemeanor charges in the event.

Vicksburg Police Chief Penny Jones also stated that all three will also face restitution to the business for lost income due to the incident. Superior Crab was packed on Cinco de Mayo when the fight broke out. People fled into the parking lot, and the business was shut down while police and first responders treated the victim and conducted their investigation, leaving their tabs unpaid.

In a live report from the scene, Chief Jones indicated the three had an ongoing disagreement that included an incident at another area business over the weekend. A widely shared video of the restroom fight at Superior Crab has garnered over 4.5 million views on the internet.
