Vicksburg Convalescent Center to host baby shower on July 19

VICKSBURG, Miss. – The Vicksburg Convalescent Center is hosting a community out reach baby shower on July 19, at 1:30 p.m. to collect items for the Center for Pregnancy Choices.

Boxes will be set up at the center to drop off any donations, which are accepted now through July 19. after shower we will deliver to women pregnancy center.

“Let’s make this a community team effort! Any kind of baby items you may think of and gently used. Clothes! Please help in any way you can!” said the The Activities Director for the Center, Candy Rinicker.

The Center for Pregnancy Choices offer a safe place to share how women are feeling during this decision-making process. The staff and volunteers consist of women who have overcome issues such as: domestic violence, substance abuse, troubled relationships, and past abortions.

The event is free and open to the public.
