WC freshmen baseball team defeated Florence on Thursday

The Warren Central High School freshman baseball team brought home two wins on Thursday after defeating Florence in a doubleheader.

Caden Cole dominated at the plate, going 3 for 3 and finishing with three hits and a double. Tristan Jamison also hit a triple and finished with four RBIs and three hits. Justin Greer smashed a triple in the win, and Blake Scallions also hit an RBI.

Greer struck out three batters, and Thomas Antwine struck out two.

In game two, WC won 7-2, whereas Cole went 2 for 2. Jamison(2 hits) hit another double along with three RBIs, while Braxton Harley( one double and RBI) and Greer(one RBI) had a hit.

Cole also struck out three batters, and Josh Williamson struck out two, allowing zero hits.
