WC took a close loss to Hartfield on Friday

Warren Central High School’s baseball
team suffered a close 4-3 defeat against Hatfield Academy last Friday.

The Vikings struggled to score until the third inning when Hayes Loper and Cade Farley smashed doubles, putting them ahead 3-2. However, Hartfield Academy clawed back to snatch the
victory with a walk-off in the later stages of the game.

Looking to bounce back, WC is gearing up for their next game on Saturday at Pearl, scheduled for 2 p.m.
