Social media star and comedian Kerwin Claiborne is set to perform at Ameristar on Sept. 25, bringing his popular comedy act to a live audience in Vicksburg.

Claiborne, a native of Pattison, Mississippi, has built a following of more than 1 million fans on Instagram. Known for his relatable online characters, including Ms. Mary, Uncle Leroy and Miss Keisha, Claiborne has sold out comedy clubs across the country, including venues in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and Memphis.

Influenced by comedians Martin Lawrence and Jamie Foxx, as well as filmmaker and entertainer Tyler Perry, Claiborne honed his craft in comedy clubs across the country before finding viral success on social media. His blend of storytelling, memorable characters and everyday humor has helped him make the transition from online fame to live performances.
