PCA crushed Sylva-Bay on Wednesday

On Wednesday night, Porter’s Chapel Academy emerged victorious with a score of 48-28 against Sylva-Bay Academy.

A standout performance from Jae’la Smith saw her leading with an impressive 23 points, combined with eight rebounds and five steals.
Additionally, Sophie Masterson showcased her skills by sinking three 3-pointers, contributing nine points and eight rebounds. Emily Muirhead contributed seven points, and Lauren Madison and Marley Bufkin each put
up five points. Mia Abdo also made a valuable contribution with two points.

The Lady Eagles(18-0) are preparing for their next game, which will take place on Friday.

Boys:

The PCA boys’ basketball season ended on Wednesday after a 61-50 loss to Laurel Christian where Ty Mack led with 23 points.
