VHS drum line finished in second place over the weekend

Vicksburg High School finished in second place at the “Nothing But Drums” drum line battle over the weekend.

The VHS drum line successfully placed in the top three(1st overall) alongside Callaway and Forest Hill which forced 3-way drum battle. Callaway took home the first place prize and VHS came in second under the leadership of Director of Percussion Dr. Justin Sherrod. Devin Davis also came in first place in the quint solo competition.

The VHS drum line will have upcoming performances at the City Auditorium on Tuesday and Jones College on April 22.
