VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Warm temperatures and mostly dry conditions will continue through midweek, with only a slight chance of showers late Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight will bring increasing clouds with a low around 68 and south winds between 5 and 10 mph.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 87. South winds will continue at 5 to 10 mph. Skies will turn mostly cloudy Tuesday night with a low near 67 and a light south-southeast breeze.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for partly sunny skies and another warm day, with a high near 87. South winds will pick up slightly, reaching 5 to 10 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph.

A 20 percent chance of showers is possible after 1 a.m. Wednesday night. Conditions will otherwise remain mostly cloudy with a low near 70 and continued breezy south winds.
