WC and VHS preparing for upcoming season

Vicksburg and Warren Central High School have been in the summer heat this month preparing for their upcoming season, playing multiple 7 on 7 games hosted at WC and VHS.

Since the ending of the 2020 season, both the Vikings and Gators have doing a combination of lifting weights and conditioning drills along with playing area teams in 7 on 7.

7 on 7 involves only skill players and helps prepare throwing, catching, and defending before they actual put on full gear later in the summer.

VHS and WC are currently both responding well to summer workouts as they each came up with victories in their spring game.

The upcoming season will be held in August where VHS will be led by head coach Todd McDaniel and Josh Morgan will be leading the Vikings.
