WC tennis team defeated VHS on Tuesday night

Warren Central High School tennis team took down Vicksburg High 6-1 on Tuesday at Halls Ferry Park.

WC’s JT Crews won the boys singles(7-5,6-3) against Author Davis while Kennedy Mullins(VHS) shutout Amelia King(6-0,6-0).

Sam Harris and Charles Harris both came out victorious in the boys doubles 1(6-0,6-2) against Danny Curry and Khaleb Bailey. In the boys doubles 2, Charlie Esparza and Ivan Ozherley(6-1,6-1) tag teamed to defeat Gabriele Thompson and Trenton Davis.

Ellie Tennison and Lili Feibelman(6-0,6-0) came out on top over Midori Allen and Madyson Bailey in the girls doubles 1 while Laura Bailey and Avery Hern(6-3,6-0) beat Janiegha Thomas and Mekyia Smith in the girls doubles 2.

Luke Bond and Sydney Sullivan capped things off with a victory(6-3,6-2) against Kam Bailey and Amnesty Tyler in the mixed doubles.
